Opinions
Rift is a game which has a similar UI as World of Warcraft, while WoW players may not really into Rift, there are players who like a polished MMORPG and does not want to play WoW (to be honest, WoW graphical engine is getting old).

Good Features
There are dyes which are used to recolor the players gears, this is one of the best feature I've ever wanted from WoW (frankly speaking, gears do look awful in World of Warcraft, especially its coloration sucks the most.)
